On 1–2 October 2026, SynHealth will join Healthtech Adria 2026, a two-day conference bringing together healthcare professionals, tech innovators, startups, researchers, industry and investors to explore what’s next for health innovation — and how to move it towards real-world adoption.
Built around the convergence of healthcare and technology, the programme will follow the journey of health innovation from research and regulatory pathways to market entry and real-world adoption, with personalised and preventive healthcare among the key topics. Beyond the talks, startup pitching and investor networking will offer plenty of opportunities to connect, including with the SynHealth team.

On 1 October, from 17:00 to 19:00, SynHealth will support the Investor + Startup Pre-Dinner Gathering, organised by NetHub and bringing together investors, industry and selected healthtech startups and scaleups — including Healthtech Adria Awards finalists.
Powered by SynHealth, EXCEED and CTRIBE, the gathering will spotlight “The Croatian Cluster Ecosystem as a Driver of Innovation, Interregional Cooperation and Industrial Transition”, exploring how research organisations, innovation hubs, technology-transfer structures and industry can work together to turn scientific results into clinically relevant and market-ready solutions.
Through expert presentations and practical examples from Croatia’s health innovation ecosystem, participants will gain insights into innovation adoption, commercialisation, regulatory development and scaling, while connecting with researchers, entrepreneurs, investors and ecosystem organisations from Croatia and the wider region.

What else not to miss 👀
From our own SynHealth team, Ana Cvetko, Head of Diagnostics at GlycanAge and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Genos, will present “Translating Science: The GlycanAge Journey from Early R&D to Clinical Diagnostics” on 2 October. Drawing on the GlycanAge journey, she will share a concrete example of translating scientific research into a validated healthcare solution — closely linked to SynHealth’s work on advancing glycan-based personalised and preventive healthcare.
Also on the programme are Marko Mimica, CEO of NetHub, Milica Vukmirović, Founder and CEO of Move Venture Consulting, and Marija Lovrić, CEO of BICRO BIOCentre, bringing perspectives on innovation adoption, healthtech entrepreneurship, research commercialisation and technology transfer.
